Development

The term “driver development” has grown to be throw around loosely in the sport of auto racing. LFR believes that the development of our client is the most important part to our business. Not only do we invest in our drivers on the track we provide in house marketing help to sharpen their skills off the track as well.

All drivers have a different skill set and we tailor each program to fit the individual based on where their current abilities are at during the initial test. From that point, LFR will provide its clients with a  clear path to achieve their goals by implementing a program that is designed to set them up for success as quickly as possible. We currently develop drivers in several different series and levels of racing. Our program includes NASCAR K&N/ARCA, NASCAR Late Model Stock, Super Late Models and INEX Legends cars.

Our track record speaks for itself and we have been atop the development industry for over 20 years now. While attrition takes a toll on many teams in our industry, LFR has deep roots planted by a strong work ethic and family values that reach far beyond what we are able to instill in our clients.

We work with our drivers in several areas including on-track performance, understanding chassis set ups, media training, sponsor relations and fitness. It is our belief that in order to make it to the next step in the NASCAR ladder a driver must be well-rounded in not only driving ability but marketability as well.

All of these aspects combined are what puts Lee Faulk Racing and Development at the top of the industry and how we have built a reputation solid enough to have partnerships with large NASCAR teams such as Richard Childress Racing and have made it possible for us to partner with major corporations such as Bass Pro Shops.
